How it works
Three steps to get Telephony running in your business.
- Step 1
Set up Eywa Connect
Your salon number is added in Eywa Connect under Telephony. After that the line appears in Alchem settings.
- Step 2
Mark the salon’s lines
Choose the numbers that take bookings and set a branch for each line. Calls to other lines won’t show up in Alchem.
- Step 3
See calls on the card
Calls from the client’s number appear on the Calls tab by themselves — nothing to enter by hand.
